Return & Refund Policy

We ensure the highest quality for our products. However, due to the personal care and hygiene nature of many items (sanitary pads, beauty products), returns are accepted only if the product is unused, sealed, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Millet bars or consumables are non-returnable once delivered unless damaged in transit. Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection. For damaged or wrong product delivery, replacements will be offered at no extra cost.
