Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our personal care, hygiene, and consumable products, returns are only accepted if items are sealed, unused, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Food products, including Millet Bars, are non-returnable except in cases of damage or spoilage during transit. Velvette Petals reserves sole discretion to approve or deny returns, replacements, or refunds. Refunds, if approved, are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Intellectual Property
All names, logos, designs, images, packaging, content, and product concepts belong exclusively to Velvette Petals and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, resale, reproduction, or modification of our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You are granted a limited license only to use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability
Velvette Petals and all associated individuals shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, delays in delivery, technical errors on the website, or any incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability, under all circumstances, will not exceed the value of the product purchased.

Indemnity and Risk Disclaimer
By using our services, you agree to indemnify Velvette Petals and its members against any claims, disputes, losses, or costs (including legal fees) that may arise from misuse of our products or breach of these Terms. You also accept full responsibility for safe storage, correct use, and intended application of our products. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, and individuals with medical conditions are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use.

Force Majeure and Governing Law
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or regulatory actions. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Final Provision
If any clause in these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in effect. Together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, this document forms the entire agreement between you and Velvette Petals.
